1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using HallDesk, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

HallDesk is a SaaS platform designed for convention and banquet hall management. The Service provides tools for event planning, booking management, vendor coordination, client communication, staff responsibilities, and related workflows. Features are subject to change at our discretion with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration; maintain the security of your password and account credentials; promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account; and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

HallDesk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

4. Subscription and Billing

HallDesk offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise HallDesk to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation; transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data without prior written consent; or impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design — are the exclusive property of HallDesk and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service solely for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit to the platform. By submitting User Content, you grant HallDesk a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, store, and display that content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. HallDesk does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HallDesk and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through your account settings. HallDesk may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the Last updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
